Halloween!

This year for Halloween I decided to hand make my costume. I LOVE Mermaids so this costume was perfect, I actually had all the goods laying around the house and Kilian was perfect as my pirate. For more info on how to make a shell bra, message me:)

I am so excited to share this link with you!!! One of my first official features on FoamMagazine.com for a Do It Yourself project I dedicated to Jalama Beach and the Chumash Indians. I simply love feathers, and when they are in your hair, they look even more amazing. "Baby Owl" Feather Clips

This week I went over to my friend Natasha's house. I always love going to her house because her family is European. Her father is from Iran and her mother is from England... so there is always a good mix of culture over there. Tosh and I are working on some crafts, she is working on a leather bracelet with turquoise and I made this feather clip. All I did was braid some pieces of leather, attach some feathers and a "roach" clip I bought from the craft store. I am calling them Baby Owl feather clips (NO they are not really baby owl feathers) because Tosh actually did have a baby owl feather and it was my inspiration for the night.

Stowellen- By Ben Kendall

My friend Ben Kendall is the best artist I know in Santa Barbra. Very very talented to say the very least. He can draw like no one I have ever met and now he is making jewelry.

He is having a trunk show in Los Angeles to preview his line Stowellen. Stowellen is a new line of hand carved abalone and ebony jewelry mixed with real feathers by Benjamin Kendall.
